Hof-Ihssen is a diversified farm in Springe-Voelksen near Hannover combining equine boarding with arable farming. Alongside its pension-horse stabling, the farm runs a potato-growing operation with a direct farm shop (Kartoffel-Shop) for fresh produce. Management emphasises sustainable, resource-conserving cultivation, with attention to biodiversity, soil health, water conservation, and climate protection. The farm has installed QR-code information stations at its Bergfeld and Hermannshof fields to educate visitors about crops and cultivation methods.
