Hof Bachmann at Langwedel-Hagen runs an Aktivstall where horses live outdoors in herd groups all year with continuous access to hay, water and pasture. Feeding is computer-controlled and portioned individually for each horse, and the layout is designed to keep the herd moving between feeding, resting and grazing areas. There is a floodlit riding arena, a lungeing circle, a horse shower and optional saddle storage. Riding trails start directly at the yard.
