Het Brieschend Paard is a rest home for horses and ponies in the Hoenkoop polder near Oudewater, started in 2006. It offers a place for older horses and ponies in retirement as well as young horses and ponies recovering from injury. Owners can visit their horse or pony during the opening hours. Visits to view the facility can be arranged by appointment.
