Clüverhof is a family farm in Langwedel-Völkersen, in the middle of Lower Saxony, which has been in the Clüver family since 1906. Alongside its suckler-cow herd the farm runs livery stabling (Pensionspferdehaltung) and breeds horses. The whole holding is farmed to organic standards and has carried the EU organic seal since 2016, with the animals fed exclusively on home-grown forage such as pasture grass, grass silage and hay. A farm shop sells the farm's own beef and other regional produce, which can also be ordered online.
