Churchill Downs Livery Yard is an owner-managed livery yard in Muldersdrift with stabling for 45 horses in large brick stables. Horses are turned out in individual or group paddocks, fed individual diets, and monitored around the clock. The 21-acre property has a jumping arena, a 20m x 60m dressage arena, a lunging arena, a fitness track and out-rides. Clients may bring their own instructors and professionals with no levies charged.
