Aktivstall Steinloge is an open active-stable livery yard at Glane near Großenkneten in the Oldenburg region. Horses live in a mixed herd and move continuously between feeding stations, shelters and several watering points, with roughage available around the clock and computer-controlled concentrate feeders. Turnout is in mixed groups, and the yard is open to riders of every discipline and age. Shared facilities and social spaces are a deliberate part of the concept, so the yard has a strong community feel.
