It practises pinhooking, buying yearlings and weanlings at auction or privately, overseeing their breaking and training, and reselling them as two-year-olds or yearlings. The company also offers racing ventures and advice to clients on their equine decisions. It was founded in 1995 and is based in Lexington, Kentucky.
