Hof Freese is a livery yard in Oyten near Bremen, sharing its site with the riding club RG Klein Hollen e.V. Horses are out on large pastures around the clock through the summer and spend winter days on a big sand paddock with an adjoining grass strip. The facilities include an indoor school, a floodlit 20 x 60 and a 20 x 40 dressage arena, a floodlit lungeing ring, a large summer jumping arena, two sick paddocks, a wash bay and a solarium. Fixed feeding times are kept, with individual rations and supplementary or diet feed where a horse needs it.

Hardenberg Reitanlage is a full-service equestrian centre on the grounds of Schloss Hardenberg in Nörten-Hardenberg, where horses have been kept and bred for centuries. The livery operation feeds concentrate three times and hay twice a day to an individual plan for every horse, mucks out through the week and offers paddock, pasture and horse-walker options. Jumping lessons are given by an experienced trainer who also competes and builds courses, while dressage instruction runs through the week up to advanced level and is arranged individually. The yard trains young and experienced horses on the principles of classical horsemanship, with full training, part training and holiday cover available. Reiterhof Harms

Reiterhof Harms is a family-run riding farm on the North Sea island of Norderney, established as a working farm in 1929 and turned to tourism in the 1970s. It keeps spacious stabling and offers guest boxes, so visitors can bring their own horse to the island. Guided rides lead through the dunes and the coastal landscape around the lighthouse. The same family also runs the adjoining Tünnbak campground on the site. Both the equestrian operation and the campground are managed directly by the Harms family.

Reit- und Ferienhof Maack

Reit- und Ferienhof Maack is a riding and holiday farm at Ostbense near Neuharlingersiel, a short distance from the North Sea coast in East Frisia. Riding tuition is given at every level from first lessons to advanced work, using three large outdoor arenas and an indoor school.
