Start the purchase
When you're ready to buy, start the purchase on the listing. Your card is authorised but not charged until both parties have signed. A 4.8% + $78.23 buyer protection fee is added on top of the agreed price — you see the final total before you commit.

Inspect after delivery
Once the seller marks the horse as shipped and you confirm delivery, you have a 48-hour inspection window. Anything not as described — health, soundness, paperwork — open a dispute and our trust team reviews evidence from both sides.

When you're satisfied, confirm and the sale closes. The horse is yours — keep the signed bill of sale as proof of ownership.

Use the listing wizard: photos, breed, discipline, age, height, papers, location, asking price. The wizard prompts you to declare any known health or behavioural issues — buyer protection that also protects you legally. Optional: boost visibility with a Feature tier, from $11.17 for 30 days.

Ship and get paid
When a buyer starts a purchase on your listing, you'll receive an email. Once they have paid, the price minus the seller fee (3%) goes to your Stripe account. Arrange shipping and mark the horse as sent from your dashboard.
