Augustehof is a Hanoverian breeding operation run by Inge and Klaus Kuhn at Rotenkamp near Königslutter am Elm. Arabergestüt Hägerhof is an Arabian stud at Herzberg am Harz run by the Dill family, breeding Arabian horses since 1968 with a particular fondness for black coats. Hengststation Pape

Hengststation Pape in Hemmoor, Lower Saxony, is a many-sided yard built around the breeding, training and sale of quality dressage horses. A farming operation and a band of ten to twelve of its own broodmares form the base, with roughly twenty youngsters a year raised on the farm's own land. A team of seven schools these young horses so that a varied lot of sale horses at different stages is always available, and the competition stable has taken horses from remount to Grand Prix, winning 24 medals at Bundeschampionate and world championships. A second arm of the business is the EU-approved AI stallion station, standing six stallions and shipping semen to breeders.
