Reitstall Werk Tanne occupies the grounds of the former "Werk Tanne" near Clausthal-Zellerfeld, deep in Germany's scenic Harz mountains. Leased and lovingly renovated since January 2020, the yard focuses on species-appropriate horse care (artgerechte Pferdehaltung) alongside boarding services for local horse owners. It also operates as a trail-riding station (Wanderreitstation), welcoming touring riders and their horses for short stopovers, overnight stays, or multi-day boarding while they explore the Harz. The team is continually expanding the site and its facilities to create a harmonious environment for horses and people alike.
