Western-Reitstation Cuxhaven, run by Judith Bruchmann, offers guided western trail rides through the varied landscapes around Cuxhaven, including heathland, forest, and the Wadden Sea National Park. Rides are conducted in small groups of up to five and are suitable for both beginners and nervous riders, with the option to bring your own horse or ride one of the yard's western-trained horses. The stable also runs riding lessons focused on the California western riding style, along with dedicated children's riding days. First-time riders booking a rental horse complete a short introductory lesson before heading out.
