Aktivstall Pferdeland am Elm, run by Kerstin and Sven Köchy, is a horse boarding facility at Elmstrasse 25 in Cremlingen, Germany, housing up to 32 horses on a converted agricultural property acquired in 2017 and developed through 2018. Kerstin Köchy, a trained equestrian professional since 2004, oversees a pony school for children aged three to twelve alongside general horse boarding and training programmes. The yard uses state-of-the-art technology, including computerised feed distribution and pasture access control, and also keeps a flock of 30 Dorper sheep. Pferdeland am Elm is run on sustainable, resource-conscious principles that prioritise animal welfare and biodiversity.
