Therapy Through Horses is a not-for-profit community interest company on the island of Sanday in Orkney. It uses equine therapy and outdoor learning to support disadvantaged children, disabled people, the elderly and people with PTSD or trauma. Services include equine assisted psychotherapy, equine facilitated learning, groundwork and horse care skills, and Adopt a Pony days. Beach rides and hacking are planned for 2027.
