Meditate with Horses runs meditation sessions and retreats with horses in Arnside, Cumbria. Visitors get to know the horses by grooming and massaging them, and many of the horses are rescues. Retreats include silent healing, drawing and writing with horses, plus a riding retreat in Bosnia. It also runs a facilitator training course for people who want to work in equine-assisted meditation.
