Jungselves, formerly Mr Ed's Shed, offers two horse-based personal development pathways. Stable Daze is a nature-based wellbeing experience using time outdoors, calm horsemanship and gentle learning for children, families and adults. Intraspectre is a guided pathway for adults doing deeper inner work that draws on Jungian psychology and symbolic work with horses. Sessions are strictly by appointment.
