Wellow Group RDA offers therapeutic horse riding to disabled children from Bristol, Bath and North East Somerset. It was started nearly 30 years ago at Wellow Livery Centre and has an indoor arena and a hoist for mounting. Participants take part in lessons, competitions and shows.
Groen Equestrian is run by Esther Groen from a base in Worcestershire. She is a BHS-trained instructor and biomechanics coach who uses a riding simulator, and she also works as a saddle fitter and endurance coach. The business runs a performance stud with stallions, mares and young stock.

Park Cottage Stables is a family-run yard at Tollard Royal, Wiltshire, specialising in riding holidays. It has 13 horses, from a 14.2 show pony to an 18.2 hunter, for hacking. Guests can also bring their own horse, with B&B for horses.
Lytchett RDA is a volunteer-run member group of the Riding for the Disabled Association in Dorset. It gives young children with disabilities the opportunity to ride for therapy and wellbeing. After 46 years at Rushall Park Riding Stables it now rides at Loop Farm Livery, Lytchett Matravers.
Hampshire Polo School at South Wonston near Winchester teaches polo with HPA accredited instructors. Its polo ponies suit total non-riders through to confident players. It also offers full, part and working livery, with a horse walker, a 90m x 40m outdoor arena and paddocks.
Widbrook Equestrian Centre near Bradford-on-Avon is a family-run BHS approved riding school and livery yard, in business for over 30 years. It has 22 to 25 horses and ponies, from beginner rides to schoolmasters. It offers group and private lessons for adults and children aged five and up, plus jumping and dressage clinics.
Grafton Farm Riding Centre is a family-run, BHS-approved riding school near Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire. Sue and Rosie Thomas teach beginners and experienced riders, children from age 4 and adults. It has 13 horses and ponies.

The Riding for the Disabled (RDA) Exeter Group provides free riding for children with disabilities in and around Exeter. Formed in 1966 at Powderham Castle, it is one of the longest-running RDA groups in the UK. Weekly sessions are run by volunteers.
East Devon Riding for the Disabled is a volunteer-run RDA group for children and adults with disabilities around Exeter and East Devon. Its riding sessions offer therapeutic exercise with horses. Sessions take place at Hitts Barton Equestrian Centre, Clyst St Lawrence.
