Horseshoe Hills Ranch is a family owned and operated horse boarding facility in the Kettle Moraine State Forest near Mauthe Lake. The ranch was a public horseback riding stable for about 60 years and became a horse boarding stable in 2002. Horses live outside together in pastures with outbuildings for shelter and are brought in during extreme winter weather. The barn has slip stalls, expanded tack rooms and an outdoor wash area, and trail riding is available on the state trails from the barn.
